Arabella does not advocate for one specific way of eating, but more aims to encourage people to listen to their bodies, to be conscious of what they eat, where it comes from and its wider environmental impact. She will also include some water saving techniques for in the kitchen!

Arabella is a chef, yoga instructor and believer in holistic health through the food you eat.

I have worked on the super yachts, in restaurants and as a private chef in Cape Town and other regions of South Africa. I have worked with many various cuisines and have worked in very remotes areas with limited food sources, making me a very resourceful chef. I am a certified yoga teacher and soon to be Health coach. I can cater at private events, work as a live in chef on holidays or homes cooking healthy and inspiring, seasonal food. I am outgoing, very organised and a warm energy to have in your home.

Price R695 pp – will include menu, recipes & wine.
