Join this “Eat to Thrive” Workshop at Ginger & Lime on the 8th of August starting at 18h00.

Asian inspired plant-based recipes bringing plant powered food to your homes! Easy, accessible and colourful recipes to encourage the movement away from a heavily meat dependent lifestyle. We need to recondition our minds, re-establish our relationship with the food we eat and take back the control. We have been told by big companies how to eat, with little emphasis on OUR health, longevity and sustainability.

Join for an evening where we dive into vibrant plant-based recipes, discuss ways to live more mindfully and how to be a more conscious consumer!

This evening will be a cooking demonstration with interactive elements where you can get involved!
