Morocco meets the middle east in this incredible cooking course combining carefully prepared meat dishes with a variety of fresh and seasonal veg. The cooking styles from the Mediterranean and Morocco are contrasting but when the flavours come together, it is truly sensational.
Tickets are R695 per person and all drinks on the evening are included with a wine estate sponsoring the drinks. You will also leave the evening with all the recipes so that you can replicate the dishes very easily at home.

MOROCCAN VEGETABLE TAGINE
MOROCCAN SPICED CHICKEN AND PRESERVED LEMON SKEWERS WITH AN APRICOT GLAZE
HERBED LAMB & FETA BALLS SERVED WITH A MINTY TZATZIKI
FRESH TABOULEH SALAD WITH CRACKED WHEAT, MINT & TOMATOES
DESSERT:
SEASONAL FRUIT SEARED IN BUTTER WITH MOROCCAN SPICES, THYME & GIN AND TOPPED WITH A POMEGRANATE, ORANGE BLOSSOM & TOASTED HONEY & ALMOND ICE CREAM.
You’ll be making anywhere between 6-8 dishes (people leave Ginger and Lime with full hearts and full bellies!) and get the guests involved in the prep and the plating. It’s a very fun experience.
