Restaurant Week is back!

It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.

Knysna Oyster Company

The Knysna Oyster Company is now open in a new position in the V&A Waterfront. Now to be found where the old wheel used to be. Next door to Vovo Telo. Our Oyster bar and restaurant serves the freshest oysters straight from our farm. Our menu includes a full sushi bar, fresh line fish, prawns, calamari, salads, and a delicious Wagyu burger for non-fish eaters. Our bar stocks De Grendel wines, Draft Beer, and Cocktails.

served on ice with tabasco, lemon, black pepper and a french style mignonette sauce
3 x Tempura Prawns
tempura prawns lightly dusted and deep fried until crispy, served with a side of sweet chilli sauce

salmon, prawn, tuna or vegetarian
Caesar Salad
cos lettuce dressed in a homemade caesar dressing, garlic croutons, white anchovies and parmesan shavings

Fresh Succulent Hake
fresh hake fillet, grilled or deep fried in a light crispy beer batter – served with crispy potato fries and a side salad

salmon and avocado filled, wrapped in salmon, tuna and avocado slices, topped with caviar, spring onions and drizzled in teriyaki sauce
Wagyu Burger
180g wagyu beef burger patty, topped with mature cheddar cheese, fresh tomato, sliced pickles served on a lightly toasted brioche bun with a side of crispy potato fries
Vegetarian Burger
seasonal vegetable burger patty, topped with grilled halloumi served on a lightly toasted brioche bun with sliced brown mushroom, avocado, fresh tomato, pickled onion and fresh rocket – with a side of crispy potato fries
