The sound of waves breaking in the not too distant Atlantic Ocean, with abundant greenery as a side attraction, completes the blissful atmosphere. From the breakfast menu that covers a seasonal continental buffet and an A’la Carte option with a twist, to lunches that are kept light and current. Or, why not enjoy a picnic under the shade of one of our tree’s?
The picnic is R500 per basket and serves two. It features, a baguette, biltong butter, cheeses with pickles and marinated olives, charcuterie, crackers, bread sticks, hummus with caramelized onions, salad with fresh herbs, Coronation chicken, chicken fillet pieces in a creamy curry sauce, spinach and feta phyllo pastry triangles, fruit kebabs, chocolate brownies, and still or sparkling water. Yum!
