Mosi Smoke & Braaihouse has taken this direction as the staple is multicultural and is enjoyed by all people of our colourfull rainbow nation. Unique touches are brought into the dishes by bringing them into the 21st century adding modern twists along the way to create a full-filled dining experience whenever you visit the restaurant.

  • The PAP: Caramelised onion and garlic infused PAP balls, deep fried to create a crispy layer on the outside and the softness on the inside.
  • Meat: All meats are pre-smoked with Applewood smoke and heated up on the grill before serving customers.
  • Salad: The traditional Chakalaka comes standard with the salad of the day.
