Salty Dog with Hendrick’s Gin

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Hendrick’s Gin
• 100 ml Pink Grapefruit
• 15 ml Sugar Syrup
• Top with Soda Water
• Grapefruit wedge

Preparation:

1. Rim the glass with salt.
2. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
3. Lightly stir and serve.
4. Garnish with a thin wedge of pink grapefruit
