Eat from Cape Town, Italy, Greece, Thailand and more! Denise has also been nominated as a finalist in this year’s FOOD XX (Women in Food) Awards in the Entrepreneurs category. Denise is giving her first class from her cookbook at the end of March!
Learn from the legend herself at the first of a series of classes entitled Denise Cooks.
The first class is Italian Mediterranean and takes place on 31 March from 18:30-21:30. The cost is R750 per person.
Think herbed flatbreads with olive tapenade and smokey aubergine dip, grilled halloumi with smokey tomatoes, capers and olives, zucchini carpaccio with a lemony dressing and flatleaf parsley, seared sirloin tagliata served on a bed of baby spinach and orange buttermilk syrup cake.
