96 Winery Road Restaurant started in May 1996 and it has always been the goal to delight each guest with a superb dining experience in the warm, relaxing venue set in the heart of the glorious Helderberg countryside. The chef only uses fresh, often organic and where possible local ingredients to prepare the dishes that you can find on the menu. They are inspired by South African favourites and flavours from around the world. The fresh seasonal and inspirational menu changes almost every day, and the main menu four times a year.
Winery Road Restaurant takes pride in personally training the staff. Most of the chefs started in the scullery and have worked their way up, even as far as Sous chef positions.
