The Conservatory at Cellars-Hohenort

Set amidst nine acres of renowned gardens and flanked by views of Table Mountain and neighbouring Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, you’ll find The Conservatory.
Situated in the Cellars-Hohenort hotel in the verdant Constantia Valley, the restaurant itself is located around a 300-year old oak tree and boasts a lovely fresh look and old historic feel.

Dishes are classic with a modern twist and a focus on local produce, integrated perfectly with a chosen wine from the award winning wine list. Guests may choose from three special Conservatory sections – the main dining section, with stunning views of the gardens with their ancient Camphor trees; the ‘breakfast room’; and the terrace overlooking the garden.

Together with Head Chef Paul Nash, Group Chef Peter Tempelhoff has created a classic menu with a focus on firm favourites,  From Cape Malay rubbed line fish, Boland cheese soufflé and wild herb encrusted springbok loin –  the menu has something for everyone.

The Conservatory is also the perfect place to enjoy a special Low-Carb High Tea with friends and loved ones.
