In Feb, we headed to Charango for their Wine Society dinner with Boschendal. It was 4 courses of deliciousness, all perfectly paired with wines that truly did bring out the flavour of each dish – not just “yeah, this kinda goes”. You can really tell when the pairings have been done with the end result in mind. The dinners are really lovely and laid back, in that you can arrive in your own time and enjoy the dinner with your family and friends. It’s not a BE THERE AT 7 AND EAT.
The Wine Society Series continues this month!
Charango on Bree Street have partnered with Vondeling Wines this time around to pair their unique wines with a Peruvian inspired tasting menu on the 29th of August 2017.
You can join the evening for only R450 per person with the dinner starting at 18h30. Bookings is advised: email restaurant@charango.co.za / call 021 422 0757!
