From 1 November 2025, the team is serving up an all-new Summer Canapé and Wine Pairing experience that blends bold flavours with beautiful vineyard views. Think: four seasonal bites, four perfectly paired wines, and one very happy palate.
What’s on the Canape & Wine Tasting Menu?
This isn’t your average swirl-and-sniff session. Klein Alto is matching some of their most iconic wines with handcrafted canapés designed to elevate the entire experience. Here’s what’s pouring and plating:
🍷 Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé with seared rainbow trout – light, elegant, and made for sunny afternoons.
🍷 Alto Rouge with a mini Alto Rouge burger – a fun twist on a fan favourite, small in size but big on flavour.
🍷 Shiraz with Springbok carpaccio – bold meets bolder in this locally inspired pairing.
🍷 Cabernet Sauvignon with a dark chocolate torte – because every summer story deserves a rich, velvety ending.

The Summer Wine Pairing is available Thursday to Sunday, during regular tasting room hours. Just remember: bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance – no walk-ins for this one, friends.
