Borage Bistro is the brainchild of entrepreneur Christian Vaatz and long time friend Frank Marks and is situated in the Portside Tower- Cape Town’s new tallest building. The bistro aims to combine the afropolitan and multi-cultural persona of our beloved Mother City.
The culinary mission is clear to everyone who enters the seemingly industrial and urban premises: To combine modern European cuisine with simplicity, spicing it up with a homely and casual service concept and serving it on a hot plate, while focussing on best quality on every level.
For Restaurant Week, the restaurant has created two special lunch menus. As Borage Bistro holds a star-rating, a R50 supplement will be added per person. As such, 2 courses will be available for R145 with 3 courses costing R225.
