Delicious Porchetta Specials at ROSTO

PORCHETTA: Wood-fire roasted deboned pork has arrived at ROSTO!

We are excited to let you be the first to know that the new PORCHETTA special is available every Thursday and Sunday night at ROSTO. Popular all over Italy, originating from Rome, Porchetta is one of Italy’s most iconic street foods – usually eaten luke warm or cold on bread.

The restaurant makes the Porchetta by deboning a whole pig, drizzling olive olive oil & white wine, adding herbs, roasted fennel seeds and garlic, and then rolling it up. They then cook it slowly on the ROSTO wood-fired rotisserie.

It will be served with a couple of optional sides such as Sweet Potato & Roast Apple mash and will be available on Thursdays and Sundays.
