🔥 Starters That Set the Tone

During the media visit we got to taste a little of everything. We kicked things off with a trio of options from the Antipasto selection, and honestly, skipping one feels like a crime.

  • Pumpkin and Sage Arancini Balls: Golden, crisp, and gorgeously creamy inside, these panko-crusted risotto balls are generously topped with a silky romesco mayo and microgreens. One bite and you’re hooked.

  • Zuppa del Giorno: On our visit, it was a velvety roasted butternut soup with a swirl of cream and a slice of toasted sourdough tucked in. Comforting, rich, and subtly spiced—a bowl of pure autumn.

  • Italian Salad: Fresh arugula, tangy marinated bocconcini, toasted almonds, and crisp onions finished with a balsamic glaze and croutons. It’s not just a salad—it’s a statement of balance and brightness.

🍽 Primo – The Main Attraction

We went all out and sampled a few mains as well, and each was a headliner.

  • Controfiletto Di Manzo Alla Griglia (200g): This grilled sirloin is a stunner. Perfectly seared, tender inside, and sliced for sharing (or not), it’s drizzled with balsamic glaze and paired with Italian herbed butter. The char, the melt, the depth—it’s everything a steak should be.

  • Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli: A comforting plate of pasta that doesn’t hold back on flavor. Pillowy pockets of spinach and ricotta smothered in a creamy Pomodoro sauce and topped with shaved Parmesan and fresh pea shoots. It’s rich without being heavy.

The attention to detail in every dish—from plating to seasoning—is unmistakable. Gusto Urban Italian isn’t just serving lunch; they’re delivering an experience that feels both elevated and effortless. This set menu brings serious value and serious flavor. Book the table.
