While executive chef Jean Delport masters the kitchen, head winemaker Johann Fourie from Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate, will be sharing wine tips and a secret or two with diners about their award-winning estate wines. As the 2015 Diner’s Club Winemaker of the Year, Johann’s passion for producing superb quality wine is enhanced by the favourable maritime conditions and unique terroir found at Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate.
