While dependent on daily inspiration and seasonal produce, the Cape Town hotspot’s profile is complete with a range of comforting classics such as strawberry sorbet, and vanilla and chocolate ice cream, offered in both dairy and vegan, as well as signature exotic flavours including vegan beetroot chocolate ginger and caramelised banana dairy ice cream.
