Chutney.People put it next to their curry. Sometimes they chuck it in sauces, in marinades. For the rest of its poor existence it sits in the fridge, waiting, no, longing to be used.
We all know South African favourite, Mrs.H.S Balls. It’s one of those things that you don’t appreciate until you move overseas and can’t find it in the shops.
So let’s change things. Mix things up. Let’s use chutney. And what better excuse to do something different then in a competition to win something.
