- The Main Feast: Your choice of honey-glazed gammon, traditional stuffed chicken with rich gravy, or smoked roast beef with a local num-num berry and red wine jus. Served with crispy Pommes Anna, sweet corn and mature cheddar gem squash halves, and green beans with shaved parmesan.
- Dessert:Indulgent Amarula Malva pudding with Rooibos crème anglaise, a decadent summer trifle layered with fresh seasonal berries, dark chocolate sauce, and chocolate sponge or Mango panna cotta scattered with mango sorbet (V).
