The 12 Apostles are excited for their summer launch of Sushi at The 12A. Considering their spectacular sunsets and Atlantic Ocean views, it’s only fitting that they serve up exceptional sushi to match.

From R 395.00 per person, change things up with a romantic Sushi experience. Enjoy Bubbly’ on arrival on the outdoor deck, followed by a Sushi Plate prepared by master sushi chef, Sarawut.

Join The 12 Apostles this summer and meet their Sushi Chef, Sarawut Sukkowplang, as he crafts an array of delectable sushi creations. Originally from Thailand, Chef Sarawut has worked in Johannesburg, Durban, and Abu Dhabi before heading to Cape Town, where he most recently worked at Nobu Cape Town. Chef Sukkowplang aims to create sushi of the highest calibre, setting The Twelve Apostles apart as a must-visit dining destination for exceptional sushi.

His classic yet innovative style can be described as ‘Fusion Sushi’ – both traditional and contemporary, yet always perfectly balanced. The Chef crafts traditional dishes such as Nigiri, Sashimi and Tataki to perfection, but his Signature Rolls, with a wide selection of fillings such as Yellowfin Tuna, Norwegian Salmon, Trout and Beef fillet, and the Norwegian Salmon and Yellowfin Tuna Tacos, promise diners an abundance of surprises.
