Make Apricot-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Live-Cook Channel

Chef Liziwe Joins Live-Cook Channel’s 8th Episode

A talented woman with a penchant for making heart-warming, tasty, traditional food, Liziwe is an unstoppable force in the kitchen. Some of her many talents include being a food writer, a recipe developer, teaching cookery classes, running her own business, and being a brand influencer and ambassador for Drum Food and First Choice.

Before building a career in culinary, she worked in marketing and advertising – but food has always been a big part of her life. She began her journey in the kitchen at the tender age of 13 cooking Sunday lunch with mom for their large family.

Tasty Apricot-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin on the Menu

For Chef Liziwe’s dish on Wednesday, 11 November at 18h00, the Live-Cook Channel will create a Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with parma ham, apricots, dried plum and pecan nuts.

This will be served with a Herby Brown Rice Salad that includes refreshing cucumber, spring onion, fresh peas and leafy parsley. All those who book tickets to cook with Chef Liziwe will receive their meal kit with all the ingredients for the cook-along delivered to their doors.
