Hilton Cape Town City Centre has revealed its new signature tasting menu at Mezbaan Restaurant. The new menu, created by Executive Chef Andrew Lee and Restaurant Chef Muhammed Khan, aims to give Indian cuisine a contemporary twist. Chef Khan hails from India and first learned his craft from his mother and uncle, who owned an Indian restaurant. Tokara Art Festival Celebrates the Simonsberg

TOKARA winery has unveiled its annual Wine Made Art which is themed “Inspired by the Simonsberg” and many of the works focus on the flora and fauna of this iconic landmark, which watches over Stellenbosch and is home to Tokara’s vineyards. The exhibit of 27 paintings is open to the public until the end of December 2012.

The young male Mountain Leopard, which has been photographed at Tokara in recent months, the cat-like Caracal, small antelope like Duiker and Steenbuck, and a field mouse feature in several works created by students from the Mari Stander School of Art who used the 2010 TOKARA Shiraz as a medium.
