On 25 December, from 12:00 to 16:00, the hotel’s Red Rooftop will transform into a holiday haven for foodies, families, and friends who want to toast the season with a deliciously vegan twist.
Priced at R780 per person (R400 for kids aged 5–10, and free for under 5s accompanied by an adult), the event is more than just lunch — it’s a full festive experience.

- The menu is a celebration of creativity and flavour. Starters like steamed corn bread with wild garlic oil and teriyaki aubergine set the tone, while crisp breyani balls with mint oil and mango achar bring a burst of festive spice.
- For mains, dishes such as roast baby marrow with skordalia and bhaji onions or organic baby carrots with summer pea puree, garlic crunch, and carrot curry sauce take centre stage.
- And for dessert? Pumpkin tart with ginger crumble, pumpkin fritter, and roast pineapple — a sweet finale to a joyful day.
