This one-night-only event isn’t your average dinner.
It’s a smoky, flame-licked celebration of Wagyu, wild game, fresh fish, and wine-soaked storytelling, all set against the backdrop of the Stellenbosch winelands.
- In partnership with Arendsig Winery, Wild Kalahari, and Cape Wagyu, the team has curated a menu that reads like a love letter to the open flame:
🍔 Wagyu sliders with sharp cheddar and homemade blatjang
🔥 Smoked warthog & cheese sausage (with a punchy Korean BBQ dip)
🐟 Fresh fish kebabs with chimichurri
🥩 Lamb lollipops, dry-aged tomahawk steak, and wagyu short rib
🍠 Fire-roasted veg, crispy chips, bone marrow, and summer sides served family-style
🍦 Rum & raisin ice cream over fire-grilled fruits, finished with maple syrup
Oh — and wine is included. Because a feast like this deserves a perfect pour (or three). Arendsig’s single-vineyard wines will be flowing all night, adding just the right notes to each course.
