This wine and dine evening is a celebration of South African winemaking magic paired with Italian culinary charm—and it’s nothing short of a tastebud romance.

- Then the sea rolls in with West Coast mussels, bathed in creamy saffron sauce and paired perfectly with Cavalli Reserve White. If ever there were a way to make shellfish feel luxurious, this is it.
- Next comes a bit of spice and flair—Linguini con Gamberi. Think prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli, white wine, and a generous pour of Cavalli Chardonnay to keep things fresh and zesty.
- Need a breather? There’s a mixed berry and lemon sorbet palate cleanser to hit the reset button. It’s like a mini vacation between courses.
- And then… the mains. First up, crispy skin duck with a cardamom reduction, parmesan polenta disc, and fennel, served with Cavalli Shiraz. It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it means business.
- Right behind it, the showstopper: Italian braised short rib on a cloud of truffle mashed potato, parmesan, and broccoli. The Cavalli Warlord red blend makes sure every bite is bold and beautifully balanced.
- Dessert wraps it all with a wink: lemon meringue tart and a cheeky option to add a shot of limoncello. Sweet, zesty, and dangerously moreish.
