- At the table, guests are greeted with Gun Powder Naan Chips before exploring the Chaat Library, featuring street-food favourites like Papdi Chaat, Dahi Poori, and Pani Poori — crisp, fresh, and bursting with spice.
- From there, the menu unfolds into an array of starters and salads — think smoky Tandoori Prawns, spiced Masala Lamb Chops, crisp Punjabi Cocktail Samosas, and the vibrant Hara Bhara Kebab. A “Make Your Own Salad” station and classic green salads add a fresh balance.
- The mains read like a love letter to India’s culinary diversity: rich Butter Chicken, fragrant Mutton Biryani, delicate Alleppy Fish Curry, creamy Paneer Lababdar, hearty Bhuna Gosht, and vegetarian delights like Aloo Gobhi and Subz Miloni. All served with Tandoori Indian breads, Zafrani Pulao, and a selection of dals, papadums, and pickles.
