Home baked breads, pates, pickled tongue with slaphakskeetjies, chorizo, biltong and droëwors, springbok carpaccio and charred chicken thighs

Freshly shucked oysters, smoked trout, mussels, prawn salad, seared tuna and pickled fish.

Salads and Sides

A wide selection, including curried cauliflower and chickpea, beetroot and brinjal salad, prawn tabouleh salad and caprese salad, chargrilled mielies, garlic bread and braai broodjies.

From The Braai
