Urban Umami has just launched its brand-new Ryoku Lunch Menu, and it’s here to rescue your weekdays with big flavour, fast service, and a price tag that won’t cause wallet trauma.
Available Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00, every dish on the Ryoku menu is a flat R150 — no surprises, no complicated maths, just bold, Asian-inspired deliciousness.
- Craving something fresh? The Katsu Chicken Salad delivers crispy fried chicken on a bed of baby greens and radish slaw, all tied together with a creamy tofu katsu dressing. If beef’s more your vibe, the Beef Salad is no wallflower — it’s packed with sirloin slices, grilled aubergine, and a zesty mint and peanut dressing that could honestly stand on its own.
- Vegetarians, you’re not just an afterthought. The Umami Poke Bowl layers fried tofu, black rice, avocado, edamame, and burnt corn for a dish that’s as Instagrammable as it is satisfying.
- But maybe it’s one of those days and you need carbs, crunch, and comfort. That’s where the Wok Fried Chicken comes in — yellow noodles, teriyaki ginger sauce, and enough sesame seeds to make you feel like you’ve made solid life choices.
