Join The Restaurant @ Clos Malverne for Father’s Day!
Nadia, who describes her own cuisine as ‘world food with an earthy sophistication, cooked from the heart and presented with perfection’ eschews the elaborate and creates sumptuous yet unpretentious food, simple in structure yet complex in flavour, texture and colour. She harvests most of her fresh greens from her own organic vegetable and herb garden on the wine estate.
The Father’s Day menu at Clos Malverne follows this philosophy as well with 5 courses available for only R428 per person. This also includes a welcome drink and sorbet between starters and mains to cleanse the palette. Booking for the lunch is essential as it will prove to be popular occasion and seating is limited.
