Head Chef Stephen Mandes has been busy in the kitchen creating a Winter Menu both for Lunch and Dinner, with a Winter Special Menu for each too, featuring hearty risottos, grilled red meats and juicy burgers – the latter of which have been elevated to a cult-like status.
These Winter Menus focus on sustainably sourced ingredients from ethical suppliers, and while keeping some of our favourites on the menu, Stephen has included some “feel good” dishes, which you may crave during the cooler months.
