There’s a new chef in town.
The 41 was founded by two dashing French restaurateurs who, after establishing successful businesses in Singapore, Laos and Australia, found themselves so impressed by the food scene in South Africa that they decided to put down some roots in Cape Town. They serve a tasty blend of local and Mediterranean dishes and sushi.
On 27 July, they’re celebrating the arrival of new chef, Wesley Peters, with a fabulous four-course meal and champagne pairing in true 41 style. Dinner starts at 18:30 and R595 gets you the following:
