Stella and Roxanne started “The Revolution” in September 2014 and after just a few months this little gem has grown, with an increasing number of Banters visiting for breakfast and lunch.
The owners decided to go the coffee shop route and include a Banting menu as part of their standard offering. This after doing a lot of research into Tim Noakes and his Revolutionary approach to diet that follows that of William Banting from the 1800’s, especially on Disease prevention and that disease can be cured through diet. The menu is diverse, with creative Banting options indicated clearly by using their defined spoon and fork logo.
The restaurant is now offering their home-made Banting Scones with Home Made Blue Berry BANTING Jam. A range of coffees and teas to accompany your banting scones are also available to order to make on mean breakfast or brunch.
It’s the perfect start to the morning for all Banters!
