The restaurant is known for its breakfast and lunch menu that offers a great variety of artisanal dishes. Breakfasts are served from Monday to Saturday; while lunch is available during the week making it a perfect spot for a business meeting. Recently, Borage Bistro has opened its doors for dinner reservations on Thursdays & Fridays.
