- Guests are welcomed with a glass of bubbly before enjoying an exclusive guided tasting presented by Carmen Stevens Wines, one of South Africa’s pioneering female-owned wine estates. The tasting showcases a selection of premium local wines while highlighting the achievements and influence of women within the country’s wine industry.
The celebration then moves to COPA Restaurant, where guests can choose one of the restaurant’s signature dishes for dinner. The menu offers something for every palate, from a classic Margherita Pizza and a Smokey BBQ Pulled Chicken Pizza to comforting favourites including Creamy Parmesan Chicken Alfredo and Creamy Sundried Tomato Gnocchi.
