Signal Restaurant offers creative Cape cuisine that’s fresh and inventive. Led by Executive Chef, Malika van Reenen, Signal Restaurant draws on influences from the many nationalities and customs that have shaped this region since being settled in 1652; namely Dutch and British settlers, French Huguenots, Asian traders and African cultures.
During the next few week, the Cape Grace hotel and Hamilton Russell Family Vineyards are bringing you an excellent winter tasting menu at Signal Restaurant. The tasting menu paired with wines is available for 695; without wines for R495. A vegetarian option of the tasting menu is also available.
