Mink & Trout is a simple and considered wine bar and bistro on one of Cape Town’s trendiest culinary strips. It is the brainchild of chef’s Leigh Trout and Kevin Mink, who have created a warm and comfortable atmosphere for serving up beautiful and delicious food, that is always accompanied by very good wine. A real attention to detail is seen in Leigh’s unique menus, as well as how he plates his dishes, which end up being nothing short of artistic. Mink & Trout is a treat for tourists but most importantly for us, it’s a place where our local visitors can comfortably return to again and again.

This year, Mink & Trout will serve you a 2-course lunch and 3-course dinner, using only
seasonal fresh ingredients to give you a real taste of Autumn from the 18th of April to the 5th of May 2019.
