Hola! Wednesday the 27th of March is International Paella Day and La Boqueria is celebrating!
La Boqueria is an eatery in Jozi, taking influences from their favourite Hispanic food markets. With traditional styles of cooking on live-fires and in wood ovens.
La Boqueria will be cooking up a big pan of their famous seafood Paella De Mariscos for dinner – paprika & chilli prawns, line fish, mussels & calamari with braised leeks, peas, roasted red peppers and spicy tomato saffron Bomba rice.
They have a special price for single pans -R190 and sharing pans will be R370.
