With 50 years worth of hospitality experience under their belts and over 100 restaurants, Eric Pike and Peter Schafer have a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a success out of a restaurant.

Hooked has procured one of the top chef’s to curate their menu, Michelin chef Rikku O’Donnchu, who has hand picked the finest ingredients to arouse your taste buds.
From our triple cooked chips to provide that perfect, crunchy outside,and soft inside combination; to the fish batter, that is meticulously prepared, steaming the fish instead of cooking it in oil. Only the outside will be in contact with the oil to help create that sun kissed look.
