Everything at the restaurant is guided by a philosophy that fresh and homemade is always better. They aim to bring the paddock and the farm as close to the table as they can, preparing dishes from scratch and making sure everyone uses as much of the produce as possible.
The bread comes fresh out of the bakery oven. The wine, beer and cheese on our menu is produced directly on the Fairview farm, as is the wonderful olive oil. Likewise, the free-range eggs, chicken, beef, and lamb come straight from the farm to your plate.
The vibrant garden provides the restaurant with the herbs, while the bustling farm kitchen takes care of things like homemade ice teas, delicious condiments, old-fashioned jams and even the yoghurt in the smoothies!
