World Coffee Day inspired Cocktail by Inverroche Gin

To mark World Coffee Day on 29 September, Inverroche has you covered with an inspired cocktail with a step-by-step breakdown for easy DIY homemade tipples.

Recipe:

  • 500ml Inverroche Classic
  • 200ml Indian Tonic Water
  • 25ml Cold Brewed Espresso
  • Garnish with lemon zest

How to make cold brewed espresso:

In a mason jar, stir together ground coffee and water, cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Once ready, strain with a coffee filter.
