One of Cape Town’s premium dining establishments, Sevruga is offering superb dining and an intimate atmosphere. The intricate menu offers a vast selection of wines and meals ranging from modest dishes to taste sensations, with more multifaceted tastes and flavours.
Highlights include the spiced fried baby calamari, slow braised lamb shoulder, seared Norwegian salmon and the chocolate & honeycomb Sundae. A brand new “The Sevruga” sushi plate has also been introduced that will be on special every single day.
