Peppered pawpaw, Blue cheese and parma Ham Salad with a red wine vinaigrette
Beetroot Carpaccio with Goats cheese, flaked almonds, salad greens and a balsamic glaze
Puff pastry Caprese Hearts with pesto, Cherry Tomato, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil
Main Course
Baked Filo parcels filled with butternut, feta, spinach and sun dried tomato with a hint of chilli, served on a creamy mushroom sauce
Chicken Stuffed with spinach and feta , wrapped in bacon and served on parmesan mash with a creamy pepperdew sauce
both served with a small salad to share
Sweets
A sharing plate of chocolate covered strawberries, heart waffles with berry coulis and whipped cream and a butterscotch and white chocolate fondue with fresh fruit
