This all comes together with the introduction of two incredible tasting menus that are perfect to celebrate the start of spring.

Regular Tasting Menu (R685) with wine Pairing + R310

The Regular Tasting Menu at Cavalli Estate opens with delightful snacks – a rosette biscuit and herb bouquet – setting the stage for what’s to come. The “Bread & Butter” course presents a delightful array of turnip, kohlrabi, pear, dill, and edible flowers, perfectly accompanied by the Cavalli Unoaked Chenin Blanc.

The culinary voyage continues with the harmonious pairing of butternut, langoustine, smoked fishbone velouté, and thyme, complemented by the Cavalli ‘Filly’ Chenin Blanc. The menu unfolds with new potato, celeriac, roots, and lardo, skillfully matched with the Cavalli Chardonnay.

For the main course, savor springbok, sourfig, mushroom, and “kruipvygie,” elegantly paired with the Cavalli ‘Warlord’ Bordeaux Blend.
