Maestro Stefan conjures eclectic menus featuring classic South African flavours with a global gourmet twist. Try his rump or sirloin which are served with chips, vegetables and a glass of wine. The second option to choose from is a delicious crispy skin pan-fried hake mixed with peppers and fennel cous cous, vegetable chips, orange-coriander salsa with lemon butter sauce. This dish also comes with a glass of wine.
