If you want a restaurant that encapsulates the city’s unique style and flavour, come to Upper Bloem. They offer city-inspired tapas-style and seasonal food such as Malay spiced carrot cake or potato with figs, curry sauce and goats yoghurt.
Starting on 11 August, Upper Bloem will offer a 3-course Sunday Bubbly Brunch for R375 per person – with bottomless bubbles for R695 per person.
