Under the guidance of Executive Chef Gary Coetzee, the new menu celebrates provenance, seasonality, and local produce.

Guests can settle into a rich and aromatic bouillabaisse filled with fresh seafood and vibrant herbs, enjoy a perfectly char-grilled pork chop paired with honey-roasted turnips and an apple, bacon and cider jus, or savour a pan-seared fish du jour served with celeriac purée, kale, toasted almonds and a bright beurre noisette. For those seeking something indulgent, the spiced prawn risotto delivers warmth, texture and visual flair with saffron risotto, battered prawns and an intricate charcoal tuile.
