Winter has arrived in the Paarl Valley, and with it comes a new chapter of seasonal dining at The Bistro at Brookdale.

Guests can settle into a rich and aromatic bouillabaisse filled with fresh seafood and vibrant herbs, enjoy a perfectly char-grilled pork chop paired with honey-roasted turnips and an apple, bacon and cider jus, or savour a pan-seared fish du jour served with celeriac purée, kale, toasted almonds and a bright beurre noisette.
