The buffet consists of abundant options for starters, mains and dessert. For starters, think cumin marinated olives, grilled curried chicken, smoked springbok carpaccio and mussels.
For mains you’ll have options aplenty with Sticky Rooibos Roast Chicken with Sesame, Orange & Soya Beef Fillet, Black Garlic Mash, Stuffed Zucchini Cannelloni, Line Fish with Smoked Snoek Thermidor and Tandoori Cauliflower, among others. The desserts on offer are no less tantalising.
