For starters, the Asian-style Miso Salmon which is accompanied with a citrus dressing is a must. A firm favourite at NV-80, is the a prime cut Chalmar aged beef fillet with a side of Dauphinoise potatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, you can end the lunch with a Chocolate Fondant & Armagnac ice cream
