Valentine’s Day at Brass Bell is shaping up to be equal parts romantic, indulgent, and delightfully fun.
This year, the team is inviting couples to slow down, share plates, and enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course experience available for both lunch and dinner.
Couples can enjoy all four sharing experiences for R1499 per couple, or opt to skip the oysters and MCC for R1099 per couple.
- The celebration begins on a sparkling note with MCC and six fresh oysters. Paired with a classic mignonette, it’s a light, elegant opener that sets the tone without taking itself too seriously. Think clinking glasses, easy smiles, and that “we’re doing something special” feeling from the very first course.
- Next comes sushi made for sharing. A generous 12-piece selection brings together reloaded roses, salmon nigiri, rainbow rolls, and sashimi. It’s colourful, fresh, and playful. Exactly the kind of course that encourages passing plates across the table and debating favourites.
- For the main event, the Ocean Lovers platter lives up to its name. Queen prawns, mussels, linefish, hake goujons, and grilled calamari arrive alongside lemon butter, garlic butter, garden vegetables, and rustic potato chips. It’s abundant, comforting, and designed to be enjoyed together, no formal rules required.
- The finale is a sweet one. Italian kisses, strawberries dipped in chocolate, and red velvet cake round off the experience on a nostalgic, feel-good note. It’s indulgent without being over the top, and perfect for lingering just a little longer.
At Brass Bell, Valentine’s Day isn’t about stiff traditions or rushed dinners. It’s about sharing, laughing, and letting great food do what it does best. Bringing people together.
