Condiments of your choice
Your favourite burger buns
Season Karoo Ostrich with salt and pepper.
Heat a cast iron pan and add some olive oil.
Cook burgers on high heat until a nice crust forms.
Reduce to low heat, add cheese on top of your burgers and add a bit of water to pan before covering.
Toast your buns and add condiments and toppings.
Rest the patties a for 3-5 minutes before adding on the bun.
